HOW
TO ORDER
Buying jewelry is very personal and so is selling it. For
these reasons, we prefer that you contact us by phone,
mail or email
to discuss your interest. There are many variations available
for some designs and certain design elements could be changed
to more perfectly suit your tastes as each piece is, of course,
individually crafted. Besides, for almost every earring, bracelet,
etc. there is a “story” and we like to pass on
whatever information we have that will make the piece even
more personal.

PAYMENT
We accept VISA or Master Card credit cards, personal checks
(which cause a small delay), money orders, or cash (not through
the mail, however). Sales Tax - Anyone purchasing work from
this site must pay a 5% sales tax.
DELIVERY
Please allow at least two weeks for delivery after you have
placed an order and paid. However, if there has been an adjustment
in size, dimension, or other alteration of the piece shown
on the site or a custom order, please ask about specific
shipping timelines. We, like you, have vacations, illness,
family concerns,
etc., to deal with but want to make sure that any deadline
that confronts you is met so, please, let us know if there
is a date by which the piece must be received and we will
try to accommodate your needs.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise arranged, all items will be shipped via UPS
ground service. Billing is based on ground service delivery
but if you wish to have more expedited delivery times arranged,
please let us know and we will accommodate your need with the
appropriate additional charges.
GUARANTEE
For almost 60 years the work of Ronald Hayes Pearson has
stood the “test of time.” With normal use any piece will
continue to provide enjoyment for another 60 years and beyond,
becoming a true heirloom. Sometimes, however, things “happen.” Not
the car running over an earring or somehow smashing a bracelet
against the Lincoln Memorial or in having succeeded in the
effort to lose 75 pounds you made an exuberant gesture which
threw a ring into the Mediterranean, but perhaps just a solder
joint failing or a “glitch” in the casting
compound could have caused a problem. Contact us and
we will make
sure that problems are solved.
RETURN POLICY
Any work purchased from our gallery in Deer Isle or from this website can be returned for a refund within two weeks, after which we will be glad to offer credit or exchange. If returning a piece for a refund, please note that there will be a “restocking” charge to cover the cost of re-polishing and, if necessary, making restorative adjustments.
